With the announcement that the RANZCO meeting would be converting to a fully virtual format, Zeiss has turned its attention to creating a virtual presence that maintains the excitement and interaction set to be delivered at its in-person exhibition booth.
A visit to the Virtual booth will allow practitioners to get familiar with the broad Zeiss portfolio and get an early glimpse at products new to the Australian market in 2022.
Whilst on the stand, attendees can also take advantage of the virtual platform to schedule a one-to-one meeting with the Zeiss team.
As planned for the face-to-face event, the ZEISS Cataract Workflow will take a prominent position on the virtual booth and will highlight developments in devices and data management.
“Take a sneak-peek at the QUATERA 700 which represents a new experience in phacoemulsification, using its patented QUATTRO Pump for chamber stability independent of IOP and flow,” Zeiss stated.
The company will also be showcasing EQ Workplace. Building on the ZEISS FORUM data management solution, the software is designed to help save time during pre-operative processes, protect against IOL transcription errors and access data from anywhere in the clinic.
The VISUMAX 800 will also be on virtual display, with ZEISS stating the technology represents the latest generation of its femtosecond lasers, offering reduced laser time in comparison to its predecessors while making tissue separation with SMILE pro from ZEISS easier than previously. Intelligent robotic assistant systems, such as cyclotorsion and centration aid, help in enhancing control during your procedures.
“Zeiss looks forward to welcoming all delegates to their virtual stand this February whilst eagerly anticipating the rescheduled face-to-face meeting later this year in Brisbane,” the company said.
