Optical Dispensers Australia (ODA) is joining forces with Optometry Western Australia (OWA) to offer a dedicated in-person dispensing stream at WAVE 2024, in a first time collaboration for Western Australia’s signature optometry conference.
WAVE 2024 is returning in a hybrid conference format at the Esplanade Hotel, Fremantle, with the two-day optometry conference taking place Saturday 16 to Sunday 17 March.
But for the first time, the event will feature a one-day dispensing stream on 16 March that is open to anyone with an interest in optical dispensing.
The program has a wide range of topics to suit a variety of levels of experience, among these are:
- Understanding VR and lens technology
- Visual merchandising
- Seven tips to successful practice management
- Changes in the consumer journey over the years
- Professional frame selection
All ODA members can save $40 off their conference tickets and gain four ODA CPD points for 2024.
WAVE promises to offer delegates education, collaboration, and social opportunities to catch up with colleagues at the popular poolside sundowner.
It will feature a trade exhibit, products and services and internationally renowned speakers.
