Polaroid Eyewear has announced Italian tennis player Flavio Cobolli is its new brand ambassador for 2026 and 2027, strengthening the brand’s connection with professional tennis.

The company said the move also reinforced its commitment to a new generation of athletes who embody performance, authenticity and style.

As brand ambassador, Cobolli will be the face of the Polaroid Eyewear global campaigns for the 2026 and 2027 seasons, supporting the brand across international activations and communication platforms.

“His role will highlight the strong connection between eyewear performance and outdoor sports, where visual comfort, protection and style play a key role,” the company said in a media release.

Polaroid Eyewear, one of the home brands of Safilo Group, is an international eyewear brand renowned for its polarised lenses and products that combine functionality with contemporary design.

“The appointment of Cobolli marks a natural evolution of the brand’s tennis journey, building on a shared vision of innovation, energy and accessibility,” Polaroid Eyewear said.

“One of the most exciting talents of the new generation of Italian tennis, Flavio Cobolli stands out for his athleticism, determination and dynamic playing style. His on-court intensity, combined with a modern and genuine personality off court, makes him a perfect match for Polaroid Eyewear, a brand that celebrates movement, light and individuality.”

Polaroid Eyewear said it would continue its presence on the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) Tour throughout the season, activating at selected tournaments including Rome, Madrid, Bastad and Umag, and engaging fans through brand experiences, on-site activations and visibility across digital and social channels.

“The collaboration reflects Safilo Group’s vision of partnering with athletes who authentically represent the values of its brands and of tennis as a sport: global, inclusive, dynamic and forward-looking,” Polaroid Eyewear said.

“Through Flavio Cobolli, Polaroid Eyewear reinforces its commitment to inspiring a new generation of consumers to experience sport and everyday life with clarity, protection and style.”
