They are alleging in the Supre Court of Queensland that the ophthalmologist and the pharmacist who made the eye drops in January 2012 were negligent.
Corneal cross-linking has been used for the past 15 years.
All six patients were allegedly left with scarring of their eyes after the wrong eye drops were used by the ophthalmologist during surgery.
