For the second year in its new home of the Paris-Nord Villepinte international exhibition centre, visitor numbers increased by 5% on 2010 figures of which 56% were from abroad, also an increase of 5% on 2010. French opticians therefore accounted for 44%, an increase of 4.7% – that all illustrates the importance of Silmo as a major international trade event.
