Specsavers has once again been named the Most Trusted Optometry Brand in both Australia and New Zealand in Reader’s Digest Magazine’s 26th Annual Most Trusted Brands survey.
This is the seventh consecutive year (2020–2026) that Australians and New Zealanders have voted Specsavers as the brand they trust most for their eye health needs.
A Specsavers media release said the win highlighted the continued confidence consumers have in the brand’s commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible, and affordable eyecare.
Dr Ben Ashby, clinical services director ANZ, said: “We’re thrilled to have been named the most trusted optometry brand in Australia and New Zealand for the seventh year running.
“Specsavers is committed to providing our customers with a mix of greater choice, high-quality, accessible, and affordable care.
“Receiving such fantastic feedback from this prestigious consumer survey is a great reminder that we’re on the right path – and it’s something we’re truly proud of.”
Dr Ashby said that trust was built from the ground up.
“Our customers rely on us for expert eyecare delivered by highly qualified local optometrists.
“Being consistently recognised in this way shows we’re making a real impact. Every Specsavers team member – from our store partners to support office staff – plays a vital role in earning and maintaining the trust of our customers.”
The Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands survey is conducted through independent market research, gathering the views of 4,300 Australians and 1,800 New Zealanders across a wide demographic.
Respondents are asked to rank brands they trust most across 68 categories in Australia and 67 in New Zealand.
