A free webinar next month will delve into property investment for health professionals, including advice on accessing government funds for investment properties, tax benefits, and legislative changes on stamp duty.
Health Practice Creations (HCP) Group is hosting the event online on 31 May commencing at 6:30pm AEST.
Ms Karen Crouch, managing director and principal solicitor at HPC Legal Division (a division of HPC Group) and a columnist for Insight, said experts will evaluate property market performance and discuss how to set a long-term property investment strategy in the webinar.
They’ll also present case studies showing property investment return possibilities and share details about the current lending environment and finance options available to health professionals.
Crouch said property development on a small scale does not require access to millions of dollars, and small projects can generate a six-figure profit in 12 months.
