HOYA is seeking motivated and reliable Production Fitters to join our fast-paced Fitting Department based at our Head Office in Banksmeadow.

About the Role
As an Optical Fitter, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations and ensuring products are fitted, processed, and completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
You will work closely with the Production teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and quality outcomes while contributing to a positive and safety-focused workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fitting and production-related tasks in line with operational procedures
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Read and interpret work instructions, production specifications, and guidelines
Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively within the team and across departments
Maintain safe work practices and comply with company policies and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or fitting optical environment (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
A positive attitude and strong team focus
Basic understanding of lens types or optical manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
