Jodie Long – The Council of Presidents of Medical Colleges
The Council of Presidents of Medical Colleges, the peak industry body for Australia’s medical colleges – of which RANZCO is a member – has appointed Ms Jodie Long as its new CEO. Long has extensive leadership experience in the healthcare sector and brings a strong strategic vision and deep commitment to strengthening Australia’s medical colleges and the broader healthcare system. She has served as CEO of the Australasian Sonographers Association for several years and, most recently, Speech Pathology Australia. In her new role, Long will be focused on fostering partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, supporting advocacy efforts and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Nima Nayebi – Opticare
Nima Nayebi has been appointed as technical support & sales specialist in South Australia. With experience at Zeiss in Iran and a passion for optical technology, Nayebi is here to support Opticare’s independent customers.
Daniel Bishay – Eyerising International
Optometrist Daniel Bishay has recently joined Eyerising International as its professional affairs manager. With a background in orthoptics, optometry and clinical education as a Deakin casual academic, Bishay is excited to now be providing clinical and educational expertise to support eyecare professionals in their adoption and implementation of repeated low-level red-light therapy.
