Yvette Safier – ProVision

In early July, Ms Yvette Safier joined ProVision as a Queensland business coach. She brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including 11 years as high performance manager at Eyecare Plus, with extensive expertise across wholesale and buying group retail environments. Her track record in business coaching and analytics will be instrumental in helping ProVision members identify growth opportunities through continuous improvement processes, the organisation said. Safier added: “I’m really enjoying exploring all the resources and tools available to ProVision members and discovering how I can use them to help enhance their practice performance.” ProVision said it anticipated that Safier’s “expertise and passion for member success” will deliver significant value to members across Queensland.
Craig Johnston – Opticare

Mr Craig Johnston joins Opticare as its new national training and development manager, bringing over 40 years of experience in optics, including senior training and leadership roles at HOYA and Younger Optics. In this role, Johnston will lead learning initiatives across both Opticare’s customer and internal teams, ensuring consistent, practical, and growth-focused support at every level.
