Laureate Professor Hugh Taylor will present an address on Indigenous eye health service delivery, while Dr Daniel Chiu will discuss the prospect of non Anti- VEGF drug therapies that are on the horizon for neovascular AMD.The event features 18 speakers, and will include a variety of sessions over two days, including an interactive symposium and panel discussion. It will also cover two new online education programs being released by the ACO: the Glaucoma Self-assessment program (ACO-GAP) and the OCT interpretation – ‘By the colours Lecture’.The ACO–GAP program is designed to provide optometrists with the ability to self-assess their glaucoma diagnostic skills online, while the ‘By the Colours’ presentation condenses 10 years of OCT experience into a one-hour lecture.All attendees are eligible for up to 40.5 CPD points including 22.5 therapeutic points, and will also have access to trade exhibitors present over the two days.
