We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic team member with prior knowledge and experience in optical dispensing. The role calls for a confident, high-spirited person with a passion for delivering good customer service and a desire to learn, while maintaining a level of fun and vitality among our team.
The main duties include customer frame and lens selection, dispensing of optical appliances (we use off-site lens labs), frame adjustments and repairs, operation of health fund claims, payment collection, liaising with sales representatives, and various administrative tasks.
The position calls for flexible 3 days a week, part-time, with very rare Saturdays and no Sundays or Public Holidays. Our flexible team of staff allows for a great work-life balance.
