POSITION: Optical Dispenser
TYPE: Full time, (Part time considered for the right candidate).
LOCATION: Cranbourne, VIC

The role includes a mix of optical dispensing and general reception duties. You’ll have the space to work independently while being fully supported by our experienced optometrists and warm, welcoming front of house team. We pride ourselves on fostering a family friendly workplace – there are no sales targets or pressure here, just a genuine focus on helping people see and feel their best. Salary is commensurate with experience.
About The Role
- Selecting spectacle frames for patients
- General reception duties (eg make patient appointments, answer phone calls, process medicare rebates and payments etc).
- Fielding patient enquiries
Skills / Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment – you will often be helping more than one patient at the same time
- Experience in the optical industry is preferred but not essential – we are looking for the right person
- Display a high level of organisational skills
- Display high level of personalised patient care that our family owned practice is well known for (we see children through to the elderly).
- Ability to work Saturday mornings (9-12pm) is an advantage
