What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate, energetic and customer focused individual to join our growing team.
- Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for optics and a keen eye for style
- Able to multi-task and work unsupervised
- Punctual, responsible, reliable and flexible to work with our team
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- 1+ years in optical dispensing
- Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired, but not essential
About the role
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Booking appointments and handling front of shop reception duties
- Helping customers choose frames and taking measurements to ensure that glasses are correctly made
- Interpreting optical prescriptions, recommending lens options and consulting our customers to identify their needs and provide personalised solutions
- Fitting and servicing glasses – providing adjustments or repairs where needed
- Supporting the Optometrist in patient care
- Contribute to our fun and happy environment
