ProVision is inviting, for the first time, practice owners and practice managers outside its network to attend a workshop on resilience in capital cities throughout July.
Guests who attend the workshop, Reconnecting with Resilience, hosted by Julie Cross who is one of the most sought-after keynote speakers in Australia, will learn practical ways of embracing resilience and leading optometry teams to success.
The workshop will take place in Perth on 3 July, Adelaide on 5 July, Brisbane on 10 July, Melbourne on 11 July, and Sydney on 18 July (venues yet to be finalised).
Cross, who was named winner of Professional Speakers Australia’s ‘Keynote Speaker of the Year Award 2023’, was the keynote speaker at ProVision’s 2022 National Conference.
ProVision’s people and culture manager Ms Leanne Jackson, who was in the audience, said Cross’ message of adversity and perseverance had a profound impact on ProVision members and staff.
