Dr Paul Beaumont and Brimbella Pty Ltd as trustee for the Judith Beaumont Settlent Trust are the plaintiffs in proceedings before Justice Slattery of the Common Law Division of the NSW Supre Court.
Dr Andrew Chang and Jaza Pty Ltd are the defendants in the proceedings.
The plaintiffs seek redies out of the alleged breach of a February 2002 agreent said to have been made between Dr Beaumont and Paul Beaumont Pty Ltd (since liquidated and its interests assigned to Brimbella Pty Ltd) and Dr Chang and Jaza Pty Ltd concerning occupation of prises in Macquarie Street, Sydney
