Eyecare Plus has announced two new directors have been elected to its board, and a new general manager appointed at its national office.
Ms Lara Foster from Eyecare Plus Moss Vale and Mr Glenn Vessey from Eyecare Plus Mulgrave have joined the board.

Mr Philip Rose, formerly national business development manager at Eyecare Plus, has been appointed general manager.
Foster and Vessey, who have both been members of Eyecare Plus for more than ten years, were elected to join the board at the 2022 Eyecare Plus AGM on the Gold Coast on 11 November.
They join Mr Martin Gregory, who was returned as chairman, Mr Nick Hansen, who was re-elected as vice chairman for the next year, and Ms Liz Muller, who was re-elected for her second term as a director.
“It’s exciting to welcome our new directors to the board, and along with fellow directors Nick Hansen and Liz Muller, we’re reenergised and ready to work hard for our members,” Gregory said.
“We’ve also seen a changing of the guard at national office with Philip Rose starting strongly as the new general manager of Eyecare Plus, following the retirement of industry stalwart and long-term general manager, Simon Lewis,” he said.
“The ongoing success of Eyecare Plus as the largest branded independent optometry group in Australia is an exciting challenge, and we are excited to be working collaboratively on new ideas and strategies for the future.”
