Seeing AI is downloadable for mobile devices and features a combination of artificial intelligence and cloud technology that provides users with a virtual audible experience.After installing the app, users can navigate through the menus guided by narrated instructions, and once configured, it can describe people, objects, text, scenery or images to the user.The app also has additional features such as scanning bar codes, reading messages or documents, and even identifying friends and describing their facial expressions.The device’s camera functions as the ‘eye’ for Seeing AI, and the app can guide the user when they’re trying to aim it in the right direction.Seeing AI is currently only available for iOS devices, but may soon include the Android platform as well.
