About the role
The Eyecare Plus National Office is based in Rosebery, we are looking for a full time Marketing Manager. You will be required to provide end to end project management, creation and measurement of marketing and advertising activity for Eyecare Plus member practices across all channels.
You will be responsible for:
Marketing plans – advising members on their advertising and promotional needs
Develop Campaigns – through Direct Mail, email, SMS, Digital and report analytics
Social media – oversee content creation, scheduling, direct replies, and reporting
Media – evaluate opportunities, coordinate Catch Up TV, Digital Advertising & Radio schedules with agents
Coordinate brand compliance – digital assets and key messaging, both internal and external
Writing articles and newsletters
Website – coordinate and implement content updates, manage library of media assets, liaise with web-site developer on updates required
Administration – managing, tracking and reporting on budgets and providing invoices
Creative Skills – ideation for quarterly campaigns, co-ordinate roll out and management
Responsible for managing and delegating to a marketing co-ordinator and graphic designer
Skills and attributes
Tertiary qualification in marketing or significant work-related experience
Experience in coordinating social media content, engagement, and reporting
Ability to use email automation/ analytical tools
High attention to detail with a creative flair and the ability to think outside the box
Strong English verbal and written communication
Basic Adobe Suite understanding
Knowledge of/experience with SEO, SEM (Google Ads), paid media
Proficient using WordPress, Mailchimp & campaign monitor and keen to recommend, learn and master new technologies
Experience with Copy writing and content production
Leadership and management skills
