Announcing his departure of the company, which will be in six to eight weeks’ time, Mr Beer said the reason for his leaving is quite simple “for the last couple of years, I have been focusing on ensuring we have great succession and I’ve said many time there will come a point in time when it’s appropriate to hand over the reins”.
A successor to Mr Beer has not been announced.
