Australian optical wholesaler Modstyle has been recognised for its excellence in customer service, recently crowned ‘National Winner’ in the Optical Services and Supplies business category of the 2020 Australian Achiever Awards.
The awards are not affiliated with any government or corporate bodies or business associations and focus on independently evaluating, supporting and recognising the growth of businesses that demonstrate remarkable customer service attributes.
One of more than 4,500 small to medium size businesses who have entered the Australian Achiever Awards over the last 22 years, Modstyle was established in 1981 and taken over by the Wymond family, owners of Eyes Right Optical, in 2016.
Managing director Mr Mark Wymond said it is wonderful to witness Modstyle’s progress during the past four years.
“Achieving a score of 99.15% for customer relations and service is exceptional, and I am proud of the efforts and commitment of our team,” he said.
“Using quality materials and world leading manufacturers we have created a wide variety of product that has obviously resonated with our customers. Combining great product with excellence in customer service, we have a winning combination.”
Eyes Right Optical and Sunglass Collective – also owned by the Wymond family – were also each ‘Highly Recommended’ for their customer service within the same awards category.
Modstyle, Eyes Right Optical and Sunglass Collective operations are all based out of Scoresby in south east Melbourne.
