Kojima, who lectures around the world, will be facilitating the keynote topics on orthokeratology and imaging tools for speciality CL fitting through intensive workshops during the conference.A fellow of the American Acady of Optometry, British Contact Lens Association, Scleral Lens Education Society and International Acady of Orthokeratology, Kojima has authored several research publications and articles on contact lens innovations and technologies.The congress, which will feature more than 30 speakers across a wide range of topics, is being held from Septber 8-10 in Sydney and will offer attendees up to 59 CPD points.Cornea and Contact Lens Society Australia (CCLSA) national president Damien Fisher said that the program for the congress has been developed to provide extensive learning and skills development topics throughout the event.“Our planning committee has put great thought into arranging a fantastic line up of speakers with a variety of expertise to shed light on the latest in custom lens fitting, dry eye updates and myopia control, to name just a few of the topics that will feature,” Fisher said.The three-day event will also showcase the presentations and groundbreaking case studies of several other optometry experts, lecturers, and clinicians. Among the speakers are CCLSA case reports chair Mr David Stephensen, NHMRC Translating Research Into Practice (TRIP) fellow Dr Laura Downie, Professor Helen Swarbrick from the UNSW School of Optometry and Rose K founding partner Mr Paul Rose.ICCLC 2017 marks its 16th international congress with the the “See the Light.” It will be hosted at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
