Transitions Optical is giving away 200 VISA gift cards valued at $50 each to eyecare professionals that register and complete education modules as part of its relaunch of the Transitions Plus portal.
Transitions Plus is an online resource where eyecare professionals can access comprehensive content to better communicate with patients, strengthen practice marketing and increase patient interest in Transitions lenses.
The education modules allow eyecare professionals to keep their Transitions knowledge up-to-date to address patient questions and make recommendations with confidence. Modules also go beyond Transitions lenses into consumer insights, buying behaviour and dispensing tips.
Module topics include Transitions Optical technologies, introduction to photochromics, style and lenses, patient buying behaviour, and overcoming objections. Practices can also order Transitions Optical point-of-sale materials and demonstration tools from Transitions Plus.
Mr Stuart Cannon, Transitions Optical’s Asia Pacific general manager, said the content suits a broad audience, with new modules rolling out during the year.
“We see Transitions Plus as part of our ongoing partnership with Australian practices to help them grow their business by providing instant access to a variety of marketing and communication resources,” he said.
“The modules span a vast array of topics, some of which are directly related to Transitions Optical products and others are of a more general nature. Whether eyecare professionals have been in the optical industry for decades or are just starting out, the content suits a broad audience of experience and training.”
Eyecare professionals must complete seven education modules – including the Light Sensitivity module – by 31 May 2021 to be in the running to win one of 200 VISA prepaid gift cards.
