RANZCO’s Women in Ophthalmology group has launched a new podcast series featuring expert discussions on articles with real-world impact in ophthalmology practice.
10 minutes of science is a new podcast series, featuring an expert in their field discussing an article of their choosing.
The series is aimed at the general comprehensive ophthalmologists and includes topics across a range of sub-specialties, hosted by Women in Ophthalmology deputy chair Dr Robyn Troutbeck.
Eleven podcasts have been produced to date, with topics ranging from rituximab for non-infectious uveitis and scleritis (featuring Queensland specialist Dr Diana Conrad), and a review of selective laser trabeculoplasty (featuring Sydney ophthalmologist Dr Alina Zeldovich), to intraocular lens power formulas modified for keratoconus patients (featuring Melbourne’s Dr Jacqueline Beltz).
Listeners can access the podcasts through the RANZCO website or their preferred podcast app. It is available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, with more players to be added.
