Eyecare Plus provides business support and marketing services to over 120 clinically focused independent full scope optometry practices throughout Australia. We are a member (customer) owned organisation with its own common branding.
We now have an opening for a business development manager.
To excel in this role, you should be able to build and maintain relationships. Ideally you will have optical industry experience with a good understanding of business coaching, sales and marketing.
You will be assisting our member owners to grow their practices, identifying areas of improvement and training practice staff.
You will also be required to attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint will be expected, as will the ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive and flexible.
You will receive remuneration commensurate with your experience level.
