Attorney General of Australia Mr Mark Dreyfus has visited Melbourne-based ophthalmic lens manufacturer CR Labs where the nation’s economic resilience and the importance of supporting local business were discussed.
CR opened its doors to its distinguished guest on Tuesday 23 April 2024, marking an opportunity for the company to showcase its commitment to Australian communities, jobs, and families, while highlighting the role of independent optometrists in the nation’s eyecare landscape.
During his tour of CR’s facilities, the Attorney General discussed the importance of a robust Australian community and supporting local businesses. With an interest in CR’s operations and ethos, he recognised the significance of initiatives aimed at bolstering the nation’s economic resilience.
