Bp Software, one of Australia’s leading providers of medical software covering the ophthalmic professions, is embarking on a three-city feedback roadshow that will help guide future versions of its product.

The ‘Connect + Evolve’ tour is set to visit Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne next month, and will give healthcare professionals with the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions. The company’s manager of product management Mr Kyle Stewart and manager of commercial and customer enablement Ms Jessica White will be presenting at the roadshow, while product manager Mr Henry Vesander will also be attending.

“Our product experts will be engaging face-to-face with real users of Bp software products to gauge their thoughts, opinions, feedback – good and bad – and ideas for our products in their life.”
Craig Hodges, Bp Software chief operation officer

According to a spokesperson, the roadshow will be “hands on” and the brain storming sessions will be used to inform future changes and improvements to the software.

Chief operating officer Mr Craig Hodges said he is excited for the roadshow to commence and advised prospective attendees to secure their position early, as registrations are limited to 50 places per city.

“Connect + Evolve (C + E) will feature an exciting, design-led, user think tank and software innovation roadshow. Our product experts will be engaging face-to-face with real users of Bp software products to gauge their thoughts, opinions, feedback – good and bad – and ideas for our products in their life. It is a fantastic opportunity for users to help guide the future direction of our software products,” Hodges said.

“We've publicly invited healthcare industry experts knowledgeable in using Best Practice products – including practice managers, GPs, nurses, specialists and allied health professionals. Though we’ve launched the roadshow event in Australia, it’s our hope that we’ll embed C+E into our product design and development culture, and of course take the concept to our New Zealand market in the future.”

Attendees will also receive 1,000 SMS credits and a Bp sports bag for taking part on the day. The roadshow begins in Brisbane on May 1, before heading to Sydney (May 3) and Melbourne (May 11).
