“Patients with those probls find it difficult to access the limited volume of public hospital ophthalmology services and could readily be seen in the optometry setting and sorted into those that can be managed optometrically, and those that require ophthalmology,” Professor Konrad Pesudovs, Flinders University’s foundation chair of Optometry and Vision Science, School of Health Sciences, saidFlinders Vision also has specialty clinics in contact lenses, low vision, neuro-optometry/rehabilitation, sports vision, aviation and other occupational-vision and specialty-assessment clinics.
