A background in eyewear or optical is ideal in allowing you to understand your role & achieve success quickly and would suit someone coming from a similar BDM background or from a technical or retail optical background looking for a change in a challenging Monday to Friday opportunity supporting retail rather than working in retail.

Optical qualifications in dispensing will be highly regarded and applicants with optical experience without qualifications will be considered as well.
